This site sets no cookies
There are no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, and no third party trackers on this website. Most privacy policies open by explaining the cookies they use. We do not have any to explain.
Three things are stored in your browser
All three stay on your device, are readable only by this site, and are never transmitted anywhere:
- A sound preference. If you turn sound on, that choice is remembered so you do not have to set it every visit.
- An intro flag. So the opening animation plays once and not again on every page you open in the same visit.
- The position of the 3D logo. Kept for a few seconds so it carries over smoothly when you move from one page to the next.
Clearing your browser storage removes all three. Nothing breaks if you do.
If analytics is switched on
We may add website analytics so we can see which pages people read. If and when that happens, it will not load until you accept it, a banner will ask you first, and declining means nothing loads at all. Your choice is remembered in your browser. As this page was last updated, analytics was not enabled.
The contact form
The form asks for your name, your business name if you have one, your email address, your phone number, and a short description of your business. That is all it asks for and all we want.
Submissions are processed by FormSubmit, a third party service that relays the message to our email inbox. Your submission passes through their systems on the way to us. There is no customer database behind this public website; enquiries land in an inbox and are read by a person.
We use what you send to reply to you and to prepare for the call you asked for. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for marketing.
Fonts are served by Google
The typefaces on this site load from Google Fonts. That means Google receives your IP address as part of serving the font files, in the same way any website that loads a resource from another server does. We do not receive anything from Google in return, and no account or profile is created by it.
Links to other sites
We link to Google's own documentation, to research we cite, and to the live websites of the businesses we work with. Once you follow a link you are on somebody else's site and their privacy practices apply, not ours.
Client work shown on this site
Screenshots of client websites and client dashboards appear here with those clients' agreement. Where a dashboard shows a list of businesses, only totals and categories are shown. Individual company names, addresses and contact details from a client's prospect list are private to that client and are not published here.
Asking us to delete something
If you have sent us an enquiry and want it deleted, ask through the contact page and we will remove it from the inbox and confirm. There is no account to close and no profile to erase, because we did not build one.
Children
This site sells services to businesses. It is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
Changes
If how the site works changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves. We would rather rewrite this page than leave it saying something that stopped being true.
