The pages here describe what we do and how we think about it. They are not a quote, a contract, or a binding offer. Scope, timing and price for your business come from a conversation and are agreed in writing before anything starts.
Timelines and results
Where this site gives a timeline, such as a site going live in two weeks or search movement showing in sixty to ninety days, that is what we build toward based on how the work normally runs. It is not a guarantee. Search rankings depend on Google and on your competitors, and nobody who tells you otherwise is being straight with you.
What belongs to whom
The writing, design, code and marks on this website belong to Wing Digital. Client names, logos, screenshots and dashboards appear with those clients' agreement and remain theirs.
For work we do for you, what you get and what you keep is set out in our agreement with you, not here. Where this site says the domain and the site stay yours, that is our normal practice and it is written into the agreement, which is the document that counts.
Links out
We link to Google's documentation, to research we cite, and to client websites. A link is not an endorsement, and we do not control what is on the other end of it or what it does with your information.
Accuracy
We try hard to keep this site accurate and we correct it when it is wrong. Even so, the information here is provided as it is, without warranty. Figures quoted from outside sources are attributed and linked so you can check them yourself, and you should, because sources change.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Wing Digital is not liable for loss arising from your use of this website or from decisions made on the strength of information published on it. If we are working together, the agreement between us governs liability for that work, and it takes precedence over this page.
Using the site
Read it, share it, quote it with attribution. Do not scrape it wholesale, do not republish it as your own, and do not use the contact form to send unsolicited sales messages. The last one is a rule we would like other people to follow too.
Changes
These terms can change, and the date at the top moves when they do.
Governing law
Texas law applies. Wing Digital is based in Plano, Texas, and works across Dallas-Fort Worth.
